Returns and Refunds Policy
At My Soul Coach, we offer digital products and professional services. Due to the nature of these offerings, our returns and refunds policy is as follows:
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, such as hypnotherapy audios and online courses, are final. Once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, we are unable to process refunds.
However, if you experience any technical issues or believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us at mysoulcoach2001@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Professional Services
Refunds for professional services (e.g., therapy sessions or coaching) are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us at mysoulcoach2001@gmail.com within 7 days of the session to discuss your concerns.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The digital product was not delivered as described or cannot be accessed.
- Technical errors on our part have prevented you from using the purchased product.
- A professional service could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Refunds for digital products or services will not be processed if the product has already been accessed or the service has been rendered.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction. This applies only to digital products that have not been downloaded, accessed, or used. For cancellations, please contact us at mysoulcoach2001@gmail.com.
